Hello, I’m Sydney…

…and I am the founder and owner of Tomboy Fitness. Athletics, health and fitness have always been an important part of my life. I started playing competitive sports at a very young age continuing through high school.

After high school, I stopped playing competitively, but I continued to play sports with friends and family. My passion for sports, health and fitness has been a significant part of my life’s story.

After graduating from Colorado State University, I decided to take my health and fitness journey to the next level becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I am committed to a career where I can use my passion for health, fitness and nutrition to help others. 

My goal is to improve clients overall health, wellness, and quality of life through a holistic approach to movement, nutrition and healthy living.

My philosophy is to make fitness fun and keep nutrition simple by mastering the strategies of meal planning and prepping to help you get the results you desire in a safe, fun and efficient way.
